The UN-GODI Doronian Defence Force (UDDF) is the military of UN-GODI Doron and is responsible for the defence of the country and its national interests. Excluding statutory officers, the UDDF does not actually employ its airmen, troopers, and sailors. Instead, they are employed by one of the three military uniformed services. Therefore, the UDDF itself does not have any ranks. Instead, the ranks come from the:

Formally, the chiefs of the three services make their personnel available to support joint operations and the work of the UDDF.

While the UDAF is inspired by the ranks of the Royal Air Force, OF-9 or four-star air officer rank is styled “Air Marshal” with “Air Chief Marshal” being the OF-10 rank. This was to ensure verbal parity between the other OF-9 ranks of General (UDA) and Admiral (UDN).

UN-GODI Doronian Navy (UDN) Link to heading

The officer insignia used by the UDN are worn on the sleeves of coats and on epaulattes on other parts of the uniform. Unlike the Royal Navy, flag officers do not wear distinct shoulderboards.
